This Privacy Policy applies to the APX.AI Chrome Extension (the “Extension”) and related services provided by IONE Technology (“we”, “us”).

2. Data We Process / 我們處理的資料類型
- Account & Identity / 帳號與識別：email address, display name（登入時）。
- Usage & Diagnostics / 使用與診斷：extension version, feature usage events, crash logs, timestamps, anonymized device info。
- Content You Upload / 您上傳的內容：file names, sizes, hashes, recipients；檔案內容於用戶端完成加密後再上傳。
- Browsing Context / 瀏覽脈絡：僅於 apx.* 網域呈現 UI 所需之頁面 URL 與分頁中繼資料；不蒐集一般瀏覽歷程。
- Email Integration / 電子郵件整合：啟用時，於郵件中插入安全下載連結；我們不讀取或儲存您的郵件內容。
3. Purposes & Legal Bases / 處理目的與法源
- Service delivery (contract) / 服務提供（契約）：加解密、連結插入、存取控管、稽核紀錄。
- Security (legitimate interests) / 安全（正當利益）：防詐欺、濫用偵測、事件回應。
- Compliance (legal obligation) / 法遵（法律義務）：依法留存或爭議處理。
- Improvement (consent/legitimate interests) / 改善（同意／正當利益）：遙測以提升效能；依法規可選擇退出。

- activeTab / scripting — inject minimal UI / 在支援頁面插入最小化 UI。

5. Sharing & Disclosure / 資料分享與揭露
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with processors (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics) under contracts and confidentiality.
我們不販售個人資料。僅於合約與保密義務下，與受託處理者（如雲端、分析）共享必要資料。
6. Retention / 保留期間
- Account data / 帳號資料：帳號存續期間及關閉後短期寬限期內保留。
- Audit & security logs / 稽核與安全日誌：通常 12–24 個月，依法或調查需要可延長。
- Uploaded file content / 上傳檔案內容：依您的政策（到期、自毀、撤銷）保留。
7. International Transfers / 跨境傳輸
We may process data in multiple regions with safeguards (e.g., SCCs). Enterprise users may choose regional storage.
我們可能於多區域處理資料並採用合規機制（如標準合約條款）；企業客戶可選擇區域化儲存。
8. Security / 資安措施
Client-side encryption , TLS in transit, least-privilege access, monitoring, and regular assessments.
用戶端加密、傳輸中 TLS、防止過度授權、監控與定期稽核。

Users may exercise rights under applicable law: access, rectification, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent.

Not directed to children under 13 (or local legal age).
